SECTION 3 - LOCAL PICKUP & IN-STORE PURCHASES

Local Pickup Orders: When placing an order for local pickup, you agree to retrieve your items at 192 Hempstead Ave, Lynbrook, NY 11563 during business hours.

Fresh & Prepared Food: Orders containing fresh sandwiches, sliced meats, or prepared foods are cannot be returned or refunded, as these are made-to-order and highly perishable.

Pantry Items: Non-fresh items not picked up within 48 hours may be returned to stock and subject to a 15% restocking fee.

In-Store Purchases: All in-store purchases are subject to the same health, safety, and return guidelines outlined in our Refund Policy. Please retain your physical receipt for all in-store transactions.
